Our company was founded in 1991 and consists of 33 employees currently. As a certified systems provider we can offer you performant and future-proof IT-solutions, to support you in putting your business processes with suiting applications into practice in a reliable way.
In our projects we interlock modern IT-infrastructure (server systems, network technology, storage systems, back-up, security, high availability) with business solution software (ERP-system Microsoft Dynamics AX) and professional communication solutions (Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server).
With individual hard- and software development based on a unified system landscape we support industry-sector-specific requirements (e. g. tracking and security) and ensure connectivity with external solutions.

In close cooperation with Microsoft (status: Gold Certified Partner) and Deutsche Telekom we focus on the application of modern technology paired with well-proven concepts. We can verify our know-how in implementing projects for mid-sized businesses with numerous national and international references. (e. g. North Africa and the Near East)

We set high value on a constantly high customer satisfaction which is a significant part the enduring development of the company. Each year our customer satisfaction is measured by a neutral institution via a questionnaire. Another column of long-term success is strong commitment for training and education. In cooperation with universities ibes is training most of its employees on-the-job, thus offering young talents the opportunity to quickly take over responsibility and to enter their working life in step with actual practice. In the year 2005 ibes was recognized as the best apprenticing company of the year in Saxony.

Family friendly working atmosphere and a healthy work-life-balance is our credo. Working hours can be managed in a flexible way by the employees themselves. Due to the support of a nearby day-care young parents profit from reserved vacancies for employee children.
